AFES Técnicas de Tasación S.A. was established in November 1993, according to the act of March 25 2/1.981, of Mortgage Market and is registered in the Register of Entities Taxation Bank of Spain with number 4446.

AFES has a capital of 300,740 euros fully paid in accordance with current legislation and its shareholders are individuals who are not related to financial institutions, or business, which somehow adds value to its total independence.

AFES is a national appraiser, offers its services throughout Central disposing of a delegation in Valencia and a wide network of technicians scattered all over the country, mostly architects and engineers and other specialists valuation fields (economists, lawyers, etc).

AFES is a full member of ATASA, Association of Corporate Valuation. It is registered with the CNMV, the National Securities Market. Implemented a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008, certified by AENOR, for performing valuation services and real property, financial holdings and businesses.
